Based on the results, we determine the appropriate course of action—surgical treatment (conservative excision of benign tumors or wide-margin excision for malignant lesions) or medical management—on a case-by-case basis. Regular follow-up allows us to monitor the nail’s recovery and detect any recurrence early.
